If investing feels intimidating or “not for people like you”, you’re not alone.
I didn’t grow up talking about stocks, portfolios, or wealth strategies. I come from a working-class background, and my first exposure to investing was simple and quiet.
My dad putting small amounts aside for me from my own pay cheque. He taught himself, because no one taught him either.
I started investing in my late 20s, learning as I went. Then during Covid, single, living alone in Dubai, I panicked about the future like so many others. That fear pushed me to really understand investing, not just dabble in it.
Since then, I’ve gone on to train professionally as a CISI-certified finance educator certified in International Investment and Wealth Management, but this guide is rooted in the same place I started: wanting clarity, not complexity.
That’s why I created the Investing for Beginners Guide.
Investing for Beginners Guide
This guide is for people who want to invest but don’t yet feel confident enough to start.
You might worry about:
making the wrong decision
starting too late
not knowing enough
losing money because you don’t understand what you’re doing
This guide removes that fear by explaining investing slowly, clearly, and properly without jargon or pressure.
