• do not guarantee outcomes related to visas, employment, costs, timelines, or approvals

You are responsible for independently verifying all relocation decisions.

All relocation-related digital products and calls are non-refundable.

 

 

5. Discovery Calls

Discovery calls are exploratory and informational only.

They do not constitute financial advice, coaching, or consulting.
Rescheduling may be permitted at our discretion, subject to availability.
Missed calls or no-shows may be forfeited.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed at our discretion.

 

 

6. Finance Coaching

Finance coaching services are educational and supportive, focused on improving financial understanding, habits, and confidence.

Coaching does not replace advice from licensed financial advisers, accountants, or tax specialists.
No guarantees are made regarding outcomes or results.

All coaching fees are non-refundable once services begin.

 

 

7. The Money Savvy Circle (Membership)

The Money Savvy Circle is a paid membership providing access to:

• educational content

• community discussions

• live and/or recorded sessions

• tools and resources​

Billing & Access

• Memberships are billed annually unless otherwise stated

• Payment plans (if offered) commit you to the full term

• Access begins immediately after payment​

Refunds & Cancellation

Due to immediate access to digital content and community:
no refunds are offered once access is granted.

Cancelling prevents future renewal only and does not entitle you to a refund for the current term.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, videos, resources, and digital products are the intellectual property of For Loving You FZE-LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, share, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

By accessing this website, purchasing any product or service, or participating in any program, membership, workshop, call, or coaching service offered by The Money Savvy Expat, you expressly agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the content of this website, or any products or services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of arbitration in the UAE.

Any such dispute shall be finally resolved by three (3) arbitrators in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
The seat of arbitration shall be Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and the proceedings shall be conducted in the English language, regardless of your country of residence or location.
